Startbyfindingacomfortableplacetositorliedown,whereyoucanrelaxforafewminutes.Gentlycloseyoureyesandtakedeepbreaths,inhalingslowlythroughyournoseandexhalinggentlythroughyourmouth.Feelyourbodyrelaxingwitheachbreath. Imaginethatyou'restandingattheedgeofabeautifulforest,filledwithtallandlushtrees.Sunlightfiltersthroughtheleaves,creatingasoftglowontheground. Asyouwalkdeeperintotheforest,feelthewarmthofthebarefootgroundbeneathyou.Eachstepyoutakeisfilledwithaconnectiontotheearth. Lookaroundanddiscoverasmallstreamflowinggently.Thesoundofwaterissoothing,andyoudecidetofollowthecourseofthestream.Asyouwalk,yourealizethatyouaresurroundedbythestillnessandpeaceoftheforest. Findabeautifulspotnearthestreamtosit.Theleavesrustlegentlybeneathyou,creatingacomfortablenaturalseat.Feelhowthetranquilenergyoftheforestenvelopsyou. Closeyoureyesandbegintopayattentiontoyourbreath.Inhalethefreshforestairandexhaleanytensionyoumayfeel.Keepbreathingconsciously,allowingeachinhalationandexhalationtotakeyoudeeperintoastateofrelaxation. Imaginethattheforestleavesaresoftlywhisperingwordsofserenityandpeace.Youcanfeelhownatureembracesyouandsurroundsyouwithlove. Asyoudelvedeeperintomeditation,noticethattheforestisfullofsoftandbrightcolors.Visualizethesecolorsasflashesofpositiveenergyflowingthroughyou,renewingyourbeing. Stayinthispeacefulplaceforaslongasyouneed,feelingtheconnectiontonatureandallowingserenitytoflowthroughyou.Whenyou'reready,startbringingyourawarenessbacktothepresentmoment. Gentlyopenyoureyesandreturntothespacearoundyou,carryingwithyouthepeaceyoufoundintheForestofSerenity.
